Before buying property, signing a lease to open a business, or beginning a new project; please contact the Town’s Planning and Development Office located in Town Hall. The information available will assist you when making these very important financial decisions, and we take these responsibilities very seriously.

Our assistance will provide information about the property you are considering buying or renting for the business, or other type of development you are proposing, and ensure that it can ultimately meet all applicable standards and specifications of the Andrews Development Ordinance.
